Kinesiology First Session – Comprehensive Assessment

This 60-Minute Kinesiology Full Session is designed specifically for first-time clients. The session begins with a comprehensive assessment to understand your unique needs and goals. Based on this initial assessment, some kinesiology techniques may be introduced, focusing on setting a solid foundation for future sessions to support balance and overall well-being.

Session Details:

• Duration: 60 minutes
• What’s Included: In-depth assessment and introductory kinesiology techniques
• Location: She Fire, Shop 1, 417 Peel Street, Tamworth NSW 2340. Our shop will be closed during your appointment to ensure a peaceful and private experience.
• Availability: Fridays between 1 PM - 4 PM and Saturdays between 2 PM - 4 PM.
